Hi there!!!
My Internet was out of reach the whole last week for I had a vacation with my family in St.Petersburg so I had no possibility to write and do many other important things I got used to(.
I haven't been working out for 2 weeks!!! How awful it is!! =\

But today I finally got some time to stretch and exercise. AWESOME!! LIFE IS BEAUTIFUL AGAIN!!! Haha))
And now I just want to share some workout music I like at the moment:

Counting Crows — Accidentally in Love

Smashmouth — All Star

Mika Vs Redone — We are young (VERY INSPIRING))

Locksley — Days Of Youth (I just found this band recently and it's really cool))

#2. Maize meal porridge.

Hey, guys!
You know, my mom had a difficult surgeon made last month so when I was visiting her at the hospital I tasted maize meal porridge which was given to all the patients there. I really liked it and then decided to  try to cook it at home for it's healthy, rich with vitamins and low with calories).
So that's what i got!)
Yum-yum-yummy!!))
It tastes a bit like semolina (which I LOVE), so i'm glad that this porridge will be in my ration now).

RECIPE (maybe you'll cook it too?)):
Yield: 1 portion

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of maize meal
1/2 cup of cold water
1/2 cup of milk
salt

Directions:
Make the water boil, add salt.
Add maize meal and simmer (constantly mixing) till water is almost completely  steamed out.
Add milk and simmer a little bit more.
Done!)

I dressed my porridge with nuts only. But you can add sugar or butter to make it more sweet..
I had a piece of salted fish with mine one so - no sugar!))

(#1) Welcome post.

Hi!
I'm Luci, it's raining and cold outside, I'm in a pink sweater knitted looong-looog ago by my granny and I decided to start this blog.
I want my life to be bright, extraordinary and inspiring so that one day someone would want to tell a story about it.
'Once upon a time there lived Luci...' Haha)).
So this blog will be devoted to things that will make me great)). These are healthy food, sport, things I find beautiful and things that make me happy and lots of others.
All this I will share with you and hope you'll become my friends and helpers!
English is not my native, so feel free to correct me and give some advice...
I rely on you guys! :)
Well...

Let's get it started!
