Day 3/Day 4.

- 2 workouts
- for the first time in my life with a fitball (got it as a present! ^_^)

Was completely tired cause of stucking in a huge traffic jam (3 hours!! J_J) and getting hungry there and having just a loaf of bread and some tangerines.
Ate a pair of tangerines.

So, still successful!)

Okkkaaay..
I've been overeating for the last few months and feel myself really bad. In a mental, emotional way, you know..
And tonight I looked at the mirrir and...didn't like what I saw AT ALL!!!

So I challenge myself from now on: EATING CLEAN for the next 30 days!!!
No excuses.
No exceptions.
Train your will!

Marvelous late mornig!

My brunch today consisted of 3 parts:
1. Toast with avocado. You can't even imagine how much I love it!! *_*

2. My personal invention: banana-apple porridge). (1 Banana + 1 apple + 5-6 almonds + 1egg. Blend it all in a blender. Can eat it fresh or warm it up on a pan!) Yummy.


3. Kasabian - Velociraptor (2011). How gorgeous this band is!!

Semolina with banana.

What a pleasure to make something lovely for someone you love!
On a weekend morning I just cooked my favorite semolina with mashed banana and decorated it with self-made plum jam.
Such a little thing but how many joy and smiles it brings!
